Lesson 3: Addressing Our Own Anger

In order to discipline children in a manner that reflects love for them, adults must learn how to deal appropriately with their own anger. Like all human emotions, anger itself is neither good nor bad. It simply is. Anger is often justified. It becomes destructive only when it is directed or expressed inappropriately. Learning how to deal with our anger in a positive way is important.
