Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, the largest pediatric hospital in Texas and fourth largest in the U.S., will be implementing ARK for Pediatric Care Providers this fall. ARK will be integrated into the internship program for Respiratory Therapists. ARK President Dr. Wilkerson and Dallas Office Executive Director Jan Nelson have been working with the hospital’s chaplain, Doug Watts, this past year – analyzing appropriate lesson topics and ironing our class details. Glenn has written an ARK for Pediatric Care Providers Manual, which was revised and edited by Advisory Board member Dr. Duke Samson and his spouse Dr. Patricia Samson. Rev. Watts will receive facilitator training and will facilitate the first class of interns. This is a long journey come to fruition! And a milestone in the expansion of ARK!
